In emergencies, quick backup plans are essential. There should be an easy and fast way to access resources and manage alternate transport without delays, so admins can take action immediately while things are still unfolding.
Design Brief
The goal was to design a tool that allowed users to respond quickly to issues, reduce delays, and match shipments with available resources during unexpected situations.
Future Scope
In the future, the platform can be enhanced with features like AI-powered alerts, real-time cold chain monitoring, and automated rerouting to improve safety and efficiency. A mobile app and third-party integrations could make it more accessible and scalable, supporting faster responses and global operations.
